    The following conditions apply to you (the buyer) and to us (the seller)

    General information

    Purchase information

    If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental permission to place an order with us. When you shop as a private person through the Internet the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act apply. These laws protect you as a consumer when you shop online. For more information, contact the Consumer Agency. Any attempt at fraud will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

     

    Order confirmation

    An automatic order confirmation will be sent when you complete your order. In this confirmation you will find information about what you bought, including prices and shipping costs. If your order contains special order products, you will receive a separate email from us within 48 hours with estimated delivery time. We send your order when we have all your products stored at our warehouse. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@moodcompany.com we answer you back within 48 hours. In your order confirmation you will also find a link to this General information text.

     

    Prices and manuals

    Prices are in Swedish Kronor or in your preferred currency. Sales tax is included on all products at 25%, 12% or 6%. You can choose to display prices including or excluding sales tax. We reserve the right to make price changes without any prior notice for any pricing errors. You always pay the price shown when your order is done; if you bought a product at an incorrect price, you will be notified of this and get your money back.

    Typographical errors and product images

    MoodCompany reserves the right for any typographical errors in the texts on this web page. As a customer, you always have the right though, to return the product if it is defect and do not answers to the written description and pictures. We give no guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance, differences in colors can occur especially on different screens. However, we always strive to reflect a picture that is as similar as possible to the actual product.

     

    Warranty

    All product warranties are supplied by our vendors and manufacturers. Of course, we follow the Consumer Sales Act, and claims within 6 months from the date of purchase are processed according to this legislation.

     


    Payment options

     

    Debit card

    We offer full encryption via our payment partners Klarna AB. We accept payments with Visa and Mastercard. All purchases are linked to a secure payment server, which means the information only goes to Klarna and the acquiring bank. Klarna uses 3D Secure/Securecode which is the safest solution for card payments (and is verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) and the transmission of information is encrypted with SSL-Secure Socket Layer-128 bit encryption. MoodCompany may never take part of this information, which increases the security for all our customers. Which one of our payment partners you pay through depends on which country you are shopping from. Klarna works, at present, in Sweden, Norway, Austria, Finland and Germany, whereas DIBS handle payments from the rest of the world. Klarna and Dibs meets the requirements of PCI DSS.

     

    Invoice

    When you choose to pay by invoice a standard credit report is made to see if you are credit worthy. This is done automatically and this is no data that will affect your credit rating in the future. The data will not be saved. Klarna will send your invoice via email when your order is shipped from the US. Terms of payment are set by Klarna. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee will be added by the amount allowed by law (currently $ 60) and interest at 25% + benchmark rate. Our invoices are handled by Klarna AB.

     

    Shipping and delivery

     

    Delivery time

    Normal delivery time of goods in stock is 1-3 business days after we have received your order, provided that the shipping companies hold their promised delivery dates. Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped from our warehouse the same day! For special orders, the delivery time is longer. You will always receive an email from us within 48 hours when dealing with such goods.The estimated delivery time for customized products are 2-3 weeks and other products 1-2 weeks. 

    Shipping cost

    We have free shipping on orders over 750 SEK for private purchases and over 3000 SEK excl. VAT for business purchases at MoodCompany.

    Delivery

    We ship our packages mainly with PostNord (Business) and DHL Servicepoint (consumer) within Sweden. If your package should be delivered outside Sweden, UPS is taking care of the shipping. If the letter carrier believes that the package will not fit in your mailbox, it will end up at your nearest postal delivery point, you will be notified by a text message. For business delivery, the purchased products will be brought to your door by Postnord Business.
    If we cannot deliver your package within agreed time we will notify you with a new delivery time. Our delivery time is usually 1-2 working days within Sweden if the products are in stock. Some areas like Gotland and other parts of Sweden Postnord and DHL will need 1-2 extra days. We usually deliver within 2-5 working days in Europe.

     

    Transport damage

    If a product from MoodCompany has been harmed during transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, we ask you to contact our customer service at customer@moodcompany.com or 08-660 04 96 within 60 days from the time you receive your package.

     

    Unclaimed packages

    If you do not claim your package within 3 weeks and the package is sent back to us, we are obliged to charge you 195 SEK to cover return shipping and administration. An article called "Unclaimed package" will be added on your invoice from Klarna and be sent to the order address.

     

    Complaints, refund and returns

     

    Returns and exchanges

    You have full return right (right of withdrawal) within 14 days after receiving the goods, or if the deliveries are separated upon the last delivery. You have 14 days thereafter to return the goods. You only pay the return cost of 99 SEK incl. VAT. Please email us first at customer(a)moodcompany.com to get your return form from us. 

    In order to return a product it must be unused (only tested) and still have any labels and accessories included. You are responsible for the goods until we have received them. You are only responsible for the return cost. Goods that are returned by cash on delivery mail will not be retrieved by us. Once we have registered the return we cancel your invoice and either send out a new adjusted one in case you choose to keep any product, or register a refund to the account from which you paid.
    Products ordered from the “Customized” section that include printing of logotype are not covered within the right of withdrawal.

    Refund

    As a consumer you have full right to get your money back within 14 days from the day we received your message about the return. In order to fulfill this from our side, we must have the product in return before or some proof that you have sent the products back to us.

    Complaints

    If your item does not match the description, is broken or if you are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customer@moodcompany.com and we will come to an agreement on how we should resolve the situation. It is very important to us that you feel satisfied with your purchased goods. If you requests full refund, we will make this happen without any delays.

    According to The Consumer Sales Act you have a three-year right to complain. This means you are entitled to complain to the shop about faults and defects in the item for up to three years after the date of purchase, this is within reasonable time after you notice the defect. 2 months are a reasonable time for detection of damage/defects for all claims.

    Other information

    Security and processing of customer data

    When you place an order with us, you enter your personal data such as name, address and telephone number. On the occasions you choose to pay by invoice you also have to enter your personal identity number. By registering and ordering you give us and our Personal Data Processor your approval to store and use your personal data in our operation in order to fulfil our obligations towards you. The Personal Data Processer processes the information on our behalf and assists us with IT services, payment services, logistics and marketing. This is only for purposes for which we have collected the information and only for companies that can provide sufficient guarantees regarding the security and confidentiality of personal data.  If you would like our newsletter we will email you information and product offers.     Force Majeure

    MoodCompany is exempt from penalty for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is due to exonerating factors, as described below, and the circumstances prevent, hinder or delay fulfillment. As exonerating factors shall be considered, among others, government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict on the labour market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, accident of a larger scale or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions in indication, warnings, ban, etc., abnormal decline in the market, and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.

     

    In case of dispute

    In case of dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
