Returns and exchanges

You have full exchange and return right (right of withdrawal) within 14 days after receiving the goods, should you not be satisfied with your product.

In order to return a product it must be unused (only tested) and still have any labels and accessories included. You are responsible for the goods until we have received them. You are only responsible for the return cost of 69 SEK incl. VAT. Please contact us at customer(a)moodcompany.com to get a return form from us. Goods that are returned by cash on delivery mail will not be retrieved by us. Once we have registered the return we cancel your invoice and either send out a new adjusted one in case you choose to keep any product, or register a refund to the account from which you paid.

Complaints

If your item does not match the description, is broken or if you are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customer@moodcompany.com and we will come to an agreement on how we should resolve the situation. It is very important to us that you feel satisfied with your purchased goods.

Unclaimed packages

If you do not claim your package within 3 weeks and the package is sent back to us, we are obliged to charge you 195 SEK to cover shipping, return shipping and administration. An article called "Unclaimed package" will be added on your invoice from Klarna and be sent to the order address.
