    • Where can I check my order status?

    Answer: When you place an order with us we will send a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.

    • I have not received the Klarna invoice for my order.

    Answer: invoices from Klarna will be sent to the email address entered when ordering. Please check your emails as it may have disappeared due to spam filtering.

    • What payment options are available?

    Answer: In Sweden, we accept card payment and payment via Klarna. In Austria, Germany, Finland and Norway, Klarna Checkout applies, which means you use a debit card. In other countries, you pay with a card through Dibs Payment.

    • From which countries can I order?

    Answer: All of Scandinavia (i.e., Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark), and most of the other European countries (except some islands). Please check if your country is available in the checkout or send us and email if you are uncertain, customer@moodcompany.com. 

    • Do I have to be over 18 years old to shop with you?

    Answer: Yes. You need to be over 18 or have parental consent.

    • Is it safe to shop with you?

    Answer: Yes. Everything is done through encryption by our payment suppliers and Mood Company never handles your card details.

    • My order contains custom made products. How long is the delivery time?

      Answer: Usually we have a delivery time of 3-4 weeks for custom made products with personalized print, etc. Please contact us at customer@moodcompany.com if you have any questions.

    • How much is the shipping charge?

    Answer: We apply unit shipping, which means you pay a fixed shipping charge of 69 SEK, regardless of the size of your order. If you place an order of more than 750 SEK, we offer free shipping. This also applies to deliveries to Denmark and Finland (excluding Norway).


    • Can I get a discount?

    Answer: Contact us at customer@moodcompany.com and we will give you our best offer. Please include required quantity in your email and also when you wish to have it delivered, as this may affect the price.

    • Can I become one of your retailers?

    Answer: please send an email to customer@moodcompany.com and we will get back to you with a proposal.

    • Can you send me a product sample?
      Answer: Occasionally we can send samples to those who order large volumes of a product. Otherwise we are unable to do so.


    • Is the product available in stock?

    Answer: In connection to the product you will find information about whether the product is in stock or not. If a product is not in stock you may contact us at customer@moodcompany.com to ask when the item will be back in stock.

    • Do you have a product catalog?

    Answer: No, but we have product sheets in case you are planning to make a presentation to one of your customers etc.


    • My product broke down or does not meet my expectations. What do I do now?

    Answer: Please contact our customer support team and describe what happened and we will help you. Attach pictures of any damage to your product in your email for faster processing of your case. Damaged or incorrect goods must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt in order to be approved. Do not send anything back to us without having been in contact with our customer service first.

    • A product is missing in my package.

    Answer: We must have made a mistake and we will, of course, fix this. Please contact us and we will send your missing product immediately!


    • How do I return my goods?

    Answer: Please check the link "Returns" in the footer.

    • Can I cancel my purchase?

    Answer: The 14 days return policy applies to individual purchasers.

    • I want to add/remove an item in my order.

    Answer: Please contact us for further help.

    Answer: We are generally quite selective when it comes to sponsorship. We believe that the most important thing about sponsorship is that both parts gain something from it; so if you feel that this is the case, feel free to contact us.
